Description
After a long day, there is nothing that sounds more dreamy than a good night’s rest. To prepare the mind and body for a quality night of sleep, enjoy this amazing blend of essential oils designed to help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer!
Directions
Diffuse at night 30 minutes prior to going to bed or use one drop on a cotton ball or tissue placed near the headboard of your bed. Dilute to 3% with your favorite carrier oil and massage onto the soles of the feet. Sleep Aid can also be used in your evening bath by adding 3-4 drops to 1 tablespoon of unscented body wash or shampoo.
Aromatic: Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water at bedtime.
Topical: Dilute to 2-3% in a carrier.
