Directions

Create a Dill Weed bath that will help with digestive upset by adding a few drops of Dill Weed Essential Oil to a 1/2 cup of Epsom salts and 1/2 tablespoon of carrier oil; mix together and add to your bath. To help relieve menstrual discomfort combine 2 drops of Dill Weed with 2 teaspoons of your favorite Plant Therapy carrier oil; massage onto the abdomen in a clockwise motion.
