All products listed on the Plant Therapy Australia website are held in stock and will be shipped to you within 2 business days of your order being placed via Australia Post. Tracking details will be sent to you when your order is packed and ready to go.
In the unlikely event that our dispatch time will exceed 2 days during normal circumstances, you will be notified by email explaining the delays and we will endeavor to keep in regular communication with your order's expected delivery date.
For large wholesale orders; we may have this shipped directly to you from the Plant Therapy warehouse in America using Fedex Priority. Shipping time is generally 4 business days.
Refunds and Returns
We do not offer a full refund on any orders for change of mind.
A store credit may be issued for the full amount or if this is not to the customers liking then a refund will be issued less a restocking fee of 8%. The refund will be delivered through the payment gateway the customer used to process the original order.
In the event that your products arrive to you broken, or you believe they are not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at hello@planttherapyaustralia.com.au so we can rectify the situation as quickly as possible. Replacement products will be sent out to the customer once we have sighted a photo of the broken or incorrect product(s).
