Our Balance Essential Oil Blend was created to help women feel more emotionally balanced, especially during the mentally turbulent time around your menstrual cycle. Sometimes a simple sniff with your eyes closed can help you remain calm and in control of your emotions.

Directions

Diffuse Balance into the air when riled feelings arise. Add a few drops into an Epsom salt bath to help soothe emotions.

Aromatic: Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to 2-5% in a carrier.
